Return & Exchange Policy
Every journal is handcrafted with prayer, care, and purpose. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your journal arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out to presenceandpaper@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll be happy to make it right through a replacement or store credit.

We do not accept returns for preferences or minor variations — we believe each piece is beautifully unique, just like the person receiving it.
